We accept Cash, GCash, Bank Transfer, Home Credit, Salmon, and Credit Card payments. A 1% fee applies to credit card payments, and credit card transactions require processing and verification at our physical store.

Orders are considered confirmed once payment and order details have been verified by MIDAS PC.

All product prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

Product availability may change due to stock levels and supplier availability. While we make every effort to keep our website updated, there may be instances where an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed.

If there is an issue with product availability, MIDAS PC will contact the customer to discuss available options.

All parts are covered by a 1-year warranty, subject to the applicable warranty terms and conditions.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by physical damage, misuse, improper installation, accidents, or other forms of customer-related damage.

Customers should contact MIDAS PC as soon as possible if they experience a product issue covered by the warranty.

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to MIDAS PC's return and exchange policy.

Items must meet the applicable return conditions before a return or exchange can be approved.

Customers should contact MIDAS PC before returning an item so that the proper return procedure can be provided.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed according to the payment method and MIDAS PC's refund policy.

MIDAS PC offers PC building, upgrades, repairs, and other computer-related services.

Customers may inquire about our services through the Services section of our website, by phone, Facebook Messenger, or email.

For custom PC builds, customers may provide their preferred specifications and requirements. MIDAS PC will confirm component availability, pricing, and other details before the build is finalized.

MIDAS PC respects the privacy of its customers and handles personal information responsibly.

Information provided by customers, such as their name, contact details, address, and order information, may be used to process orders, arrange deliveries, provide customer support, and communicate regarding products and services.
